Event Description
It was reported that this left ventricular (lv) lead exhibited failure to capture at maximum pacing outputs.An x-ray was performed, and an obvious kink in the lead body was observed, indicating the lead is fractured.As a result, the lv lead was explanted and replaced.There were no additional adverse patient effects.
