After placement of the ablation catheter into the patient the pull wire in the handle broke.The catheter was removed and replaced without incident or harm to the patient.Manufacturer response for ablation catheter, thermocool smarttouch st ablation catheter (per site reporter) clinical site notified manufacturer rep directly.
