Philips has investigated this complaint.According to the additional information collected, the issue occurred during a planned/non-emergency treatment and procedure was completed by using another device.The philips field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed that the system was not running smoothly.Upon investigation fse found that system software was faulty.Fse reinstalled and verified the os, software of the system.After reinstallation of os and system software, the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
