Philips received a complaint on the tempus ls indicating that device pacer is not working.Through the good faith effort information received that the patient was not involved.The investigations involved a "good faith effort" to obtain information and the device.Despite all the efforts, schiller manufacturer was not able to obtain them.Therefore, no investigation could be done.However, based on the failure description, this issue is most likely to be an error 26 as per schiller.This error and the exact cause is under observation at schiller in sagqi-137 (capa-0029) - tempus ls: pacer issues.
