Event Description
It was reported that insertion difficulties occurred.The 50% stenosed target lesion was located in the mildly tortuous and mildly calcified internal illiac artery.A 14mm x 30cm interlock 2d coil was selected for use.During the procedure, the coil was difficult to insert.The device was removed by snaring from the patient's body and the procedure was completed with a different device.No patient complications were reported.
