Event Description
|
On (b)(6) 2022, it was reported by a sales representative via email that an ar-13995n multifire scorpion needle broke.This was discovered during an rcr procedure.It was confirmed via x-ray that the tip of the needle was in the tendon, surgeon was unable to retrieve the broken piece.
