Event Description
|
Medtronic received information regarding a navigation system being used during a spinal procedure.It was reported that the localizer was not connected.The solid amber light was displayed on the camera.It was confirmed that only the amber light was displayed.The site rebooted system and the network device interface (ndi) toolbox was checked.Before getting into the ndi toolbox, and directly after the reboot, the camera began to function as expected and the site continued with the case.There was a 15 minute delay to case and no impact to the patient.
