Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding an imaging system being used outside of a procedure.It was reported that the mobile view station (mvs) computer showed a corrupted system. \windows\system32\config\system showed corrupted files during bootup after a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (cmos) replacement.It was noted that the system is on 4.1.0.There was no patient involvement.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
