Event Description
It was reported to gore, that on (b)(6) 2020, the patient presented with a thoracoabdominal aneurysm type ii that was treated with a customized fenestrated endograft (cook medical) and three gore® viabahn® vbx balloon expandable endoprostheses (vbx-device) as branched devices in the celiac trunk and renal arteries.On (b)(6) 2020, a type ic endoleak in the right renal artery was treated with the implantation of an additional stent.The cause of the endoleak was mentioned to be undersizing of the vbx-device.No aneurysm growth was reported.The patient tolerated the procedure.
