The customer reported the tempus ls device is down and it had a hardware failure while it was on a patient.A user report was received related to a reported product problem which is currently being investigated.At the time of reporting, the device has not yet been returned for investigation.Further updates will be provided when the device is received, and the investigation is in progress.

The customer reported the tempus ls device is down and it had a hardware failure while it was on a patient.The schiller investigated the log file and confirmed several entries of error 26.This issue appears to be a non-reproducible pacer error, which is logged as error 26 in the log file.As the error is not reproducible, the root cause cant be concluded.However, it is suspected that the error is caused due to communication issue with the dpm board.This error is under observation in sagqi-137 (capa-0029) - tempus ls: pacer issues.
