Manufacturer Narrative
H3, h6.The real intelligence cori, part # rob10024, serial # sn000023, intended for use in treatment, was not returned for evaluation, therefore a visual inspection could not be performed.Visual inspection and functional testing could not be performed since the device was not returned for evaluation. Thus, the complaint could not be verified, nor could a root cause be determined with confidence.Although the reported problem was not confirmed through a visual or functional evaluation, possible contributing factors may have been related to the 24" touchscreen or a power failure in the cori console.A review of manufacturing and service records indicate the device met all specifications upon release into distribution.A complaint history review for similar reported/confirmed complaints found similar events.A historical escalation event review was not completed. The product was not returned and no evidence was made available to link the complaint to an escalation event. The failure mode and associated risk have been anticipated within the risk file and the documented risk level is still adequate.Although no further containment or corrective action is recommended or required at this time, the failure mode will continue to be closely monitored through complaint investigation and trended through post market surveillance activities.
