Philips has investigated this complaint.According to the additional information collected, the system was used for planned treatment/non-emergency treatment when the issue occurred.The procedure was aborted.The philips field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed that system had blurred images.Upon functional testing, the fse found that there was strong banding in the live xray image and the detector calibration failed.The philips engineer replaced the detector.After replacement, the system was returned to use in good working order.
