Event Description
After successful balloon inflation and 2.75 x 28 mm coronary stent implantation, the patient developed bradycardia and hypotension. After its delivery, the coil immediately migrated toward the pericardial space (video 1), failing to seal the perforation.A new delivery attempt was made in the distal branch, but the coil did not deploy correctly, protruding into the pericardial space. We finally decided to deliver 2 additional 3.5 x 4 cm and 3.5 6 cm coils into the distal lad, proximally to the perforated branch, thus successfully sealing the perforation. No specific device information.See attached literature article.
