Philips has investigated this complaint.According to the additional information collected, the system was in clinical use when the issue occurred.The vascular surgery was completed using another system.The field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed the reported problem.Upon functional testing fse identified power distribution unit (pdu) dc module had no power and determined that fault was with (pdu) dc module.The fse replaced pdu dc module.After this, the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
