Event Description
It was reported that this left ventricular (lv) lead was explanted due to a fracture.It was noted that prior to procedure there were high impedance and threshold measurements; subsequently, multi-vector testing was performed without success.A lv lead from a different manufacturer was used as replacement.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.As of today, this product has not been received by boston scientific for further investigation.
