Event Description
|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer experienced hypoglycemia.The blood glucose value was unknown.Hypoglycemia was treated with hospitalization.Troubleshooting was performed, and the customer had diabetes due to the delivery issue.It was unknown whether the customer used the insulin pump within 48 hours of the event.No further patient complications were reported.The pump will not be returned for analysis.
