Philips has investigated this complaint.According to the additional information received, the issue occurred during a diagnostic cardiac arrhythmia procedure and the procedure was completed as planned by restarting the system.The philips field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed that the system got shutdown in middle of the case.The fse resolved the issue by rebooting the system.The issue was reoccurred after few days and the fse tightened the power cable connections from the breaker to all the terminal blocks in the back of the cabinets.After reconnecting the power cable connections, the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.Health impact code was corrected.
