Philips has investigated this complaint.Upon further investigation, fse confirmed that the issue occurred due to bad sata rack in the flexvision pc, which was failing.Review of the system log file showed that the host-pc could not connect to the flexvision-pc resulting in the boot up issue.The fse replaced the flexvision-pc and after replacement, the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.Device problem code and evaluation method code were corrected.
