We received an allegation of questionable inr results for 1 patient tested with coaguchek xs meter serial number (b)(4) compared to another coaguchek xs meter (clinic's meter) unknown serial number.On (b)(6)2023 at 11:20 a.M.The patient had a clinic's meter result of 3.2 inr while at 11:35 a.M.The patient's meter result was 2.3 inr.The patient's therapeutic range was 2.5-3.5 inr and the interval of testing was every 3 weeks.The lot number and the expiration date of the test strips used on the clinic's meter were not provided.
