Event Description
Freestyle libre- device sensor applied to upper left arm as usual.Device sensor was recognized by the handheld monitor but after waiting an hour as required the sensor failed to operate.Further inspection of the sensor revealed some sort of wire protruding through the circle on top of the sensor.I was on a cruise and unable to obtain a replacement device, so i was unable to check my blood sugar until we returned on monday.
