Other text: d10.Device available for evaluation; h3.Device evaluated by manufacturer and h6.Evaluation codes: updated. One device was received with no cuffs, an obsolete air detector, old style float switch that was cracked, ground stud on back panel had been removed and a screw put in its place, fluid ingression on printed circuit board (pcb), cracked return tube, and non original equipment manufacturer (oem) parts used on heaters and pump.Functional testing confirmed the complaint as the device had no flow rate and was not heating due to pump not operating. The operational light emitting diode (led) was not illuminating. The root cause was incorrect installation of pump and fluid ingression on printed circuit board (pcb) from cracked return tube due to user interface. The product's history records were reviewed and there were no non-conformances nor service-related issues that would have resulted in the reported complaint. No action taken due to the condition of the device. It was deemed beyond economical repair and was scrapped.
