Event Description
It was reported that this pacemaker was unable to be interrogated with a programmer.A magnet response was also unable to be obtained from the device.It was reported that the patient had been lost to follow up for approximately six years.Surgical intervention was undertaken.The device was explanted and replaced.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.The return of the device is not expected.
