Event Description
Information was received from a patient, who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins), for gastric stimulation.Patient had a neurostimulator placed in 2010 which has worked well.However, approximately 6 mons ago, the patient began noticing, increased difficulty eating.And underwent an interrogation of their gastric neurostimulator.Interrogation revealed that lead 3 has high impendance.

Event Description
Additional information was received from the patient.They reported that the cause of the high impedance was unknown.The steps taken to resolve the issue were noted to be "(b)(6) 2023 doctor tried changing the batteries to no effect.Device was replaced." it was noted that the issue has been resolved.
