Fill volume: unknown.Flow rate: unknown.Procedure: unknown.Cathplace: unknown.Infusion start time: unknown.Infusion stop time: unknown.It was reported the catheter was leaking a lot of ¿bloody drainage during infusion¿ and was removed one day after placement; it was noted to still be full.Home health registered nurse (hhrn) noted that for the last two days the hole where the catheter was would not stop draining (a serous drainage) and the amount of draining 2 days post removal was not normal.The current hhrn replaced the pressure dressings and noted when pressure was placed, on the skin above the catheter hole, the fluid ¿pours out¿.The patient did not have a fever and normal amount of swelling and bruising on thigh were noted.The patient¿s current condition was not reported.
