Patient was seen with high impedance and the patients impedance has been slowly increasing over time.There was no trauma at the generator or lead site.Physician suggested consultation with neurosurgery.Physician does not know cause of the high impedance.No known relevant surgical intervention has occurred to date.No other relevant information has been received to date.

Event Description
It was reported that the patient was referred for lead revision surgery due to high impedance.No known relevant surgical intervention has occurred to date.No other relevant information has been received to date.

It was reported that the patient was again seen with high impedance and that their impedance levels have been slowly increasing since their device was first implanted in 2022.It was also noted that chest and neck x-rays were ordered for the patient, however the x-rays have not been received to date.No known relevant surgical intervention has occurred to date.No other relevant information has been received to date.
