Event Description
Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator (ins) for non-malignant pain.It was reported that patient controller (rtm) was unable to connect and charge her ins and was also getting hot to the touch during recharge.Patient reported an error code, 'unable to recharge' on the controller screen.A rep advised patient to get the rtm replaced.No further complications were reported or anticipated.
