Event Description
It was reported that while preparing the glenoid, the surgeon said he felt the inhance driver was toggling when reaming.He felt that the handle may be bent or damaged causing the reamer to wobble when running on the power.He asked to replace the handle from the set.No delays or issues to the patient were caused due to the handle.
