The subject device has not been returned to olympus for evaluation or investigation.During troubleshooting, the customer stated, the detergent was replaced and did not prime the line nor perform a wash cycle.To resolve the issue, the customer was instructed to connect a syringe with a tube to the detergent dispenser and prime the line followed by performing a wash cycle.Device investigation was completed with the available information.A review of the dhr found no deviations that could have caused or contributed to the reported issue.Based on the results of the investigation, it is likely that the user did not read instructions for use (ifu) carefully and conducted reprocessing process after replacement of detergent tank, causing the suggested event.The root cause was not identified.Olympus will continue to monitor the field performance of this device.
