Event Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer reported that the inpen had under delivery. it was reported that the inpen is not giving correct insulin. no harm requiring medical intervention was reported. troubleshooting was  performed and found leak on the in pen.The customer will continue to use the device and the device will not be returned for analysis.
