A field service engineer (fse) was dispatched and was able to confirm and reproduce the reported issue by restarting the computer.During trouble shooting, the fse identified the computer was unable to detect the hard drive and suspected a faulty computer system.Fse replaced the computer system along with the display, cd drive, and mounting assembly.Fse ran a daily check and quality control (qc) with results within acceptable range.No further action is required by field service.The aia-2000 analyzer is functioning as expected.A 13-month complaint history review for similar complaints were performed for the serial number (b)(6) through the aware date.There were no similar complaints identified during the search period.The most probable cause of the reported event was due to a faulty computer system.
