|
It was reported that the patient had a horrible experience with their dbs.It's not working and it cut off without them knowing until they started to have pain in their neck.After that they don't remember much but the police broke their hand and gave them a traumatic brain injury.They've talked to their neurosurgeon and will probably get it taken out.

Additional information received from the consumer reported the cause of the device cutting off and not working was due to it not charging.The issue of the device cutting off and not working was happening frequently.To resolve the issue the patient contacted their neurologist.
