Philips received a complaint by the customer on the v60 indicating that the display screen was blurry.It was reported that there was no patient involvement at the time the issue was discovered, and there was no patient or user impact.The biomedical engineer (bme) reported that the display screen was blurry.A field service engineer (fse) was dispatched onsite to evaluate and repair the device.The fse cleaned the liquid crystal display (lcd) and touchscreen, calibrated the touchscreen, and confirmed that the device passed control testing and was returned to service.The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received, the complaint file will be reopened.
