It was reported that this left ventricular (lv) lead exhibited low out of range pacing impedances, measuring less than 200 ohms.It was noted the lv lead is connected to the rv port, and the rv lead is connected to the lv port.Technical services (ts) discussed this could be a lead-on-lead abrasion issue.This lv lead remains in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.This report reflects information received by fda in the form of a notification per 803.22 (b)(2).
