Event Description
|
According to the reporter, during laparoscopic gastrectomy, the issue occurred while applying the device during the step of clipping the blood vessel.The clip became stuck on something hard and could not be removed properly, resulting in damage to the device.Fortunately, the product did not fall into the patient's body.Another clip applier was used to resolve the issue.There was no patient injury.
