Event Description
|
It was reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead triggered a lead integrity alert (lia) triggered three months after implant. the rv lead exhibited elevated sensing integrity counter (sic) and non-physiological events consistent of oversensing to noise on stored high rate non-sustained episodes. it was further reported that review of the implanted system via x-ray appeared to show the rv lead was not fully inserted into the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) header. The crt-d and rv lead remain in use.
