It was reported that the patient had complications with putting the implant in their left shoulder because they had a mastectomy, re constructive surgery and there is a magnet in there for saline, so they had to put the stimulator on the right side.Patient said they can see it as it sticks out, and it took them about 6 weeks to heal.Patient said they can see the wire in their neck is like it has a huge wire sticking out of their neck but it doesn't bother them.See pe 705739308 for report of the error codes, charging issues/symptoms and medical review to rule out the mastectomy/reconstructive surgery.

Additional information received from the healthcare provider (hcp) reported there were no clinical issues identified related to the allegation of issues during implant and the wire sticking out of the patient¿s neck.Due to this no actions were taken as none were warranted.
