Event Description
During the index procedure one resolute onyx drug eluting stent was implanted in the left anterior descending artery (lad).Approximately 7 months post procedure the patient suffered from a recurrence of chronic subdural hematoma in the right fronto-parieto-occipital with symptoms.The patient reported walking difficulties and progressive headaches.The ae was classified as a stroke.The event was treated with a surgical evacuation of the hematoma (trephination) and discontinuation of dual anti platelet therapy.The patient is recovering.The patient was taking dual antiplatelet therapy within 24 hours prior to the event.
