Event Description
The threshold had increased to 4.0v/0.4ms when measured a few days after implant and a reposition was attempted on (b)(6) 2023.During the attempt, the lead helix portion appeared bent on fluoroscopy so it was removed and a new lead was used.Should additional information be received, this file will be updated.
