The manufacturer received information related to a dreamstation2 advanced auto cpap.The user alleges 2 days prior to reporting, the device will not stay on when plugging the device into the wall outlet.In addition, the device is remaining blank.The user also alleges a burning smell coming from hose on device and the device is hot.The user has requested a replacement device since the device is still within warranty.There is no allegation of patient harm or serious injury.No medical intervention reported.The manufacturer's investigation is ongoing.A follow-up report will be submitted when the manufacturer's investigation is complete.
