It was indicated that the device is not available for return.Because the device has not been received, a failure analysis of the complaint device could not be completed.
 
Event Description
It was reported that following an ablation procedure using a blazer ii ablation catheter the patient experienced a drop in blood pressure.It was reported that treatment was required, however, the specifics of the intervention were not provided.The procedure had been completed and no further patient complications were reported.The catheter is not expected to be returned as the complication emerged after the procedure, when the catheter would have been discarded.
