It was reported that the manufacturer representative (rep) received an email last night indicating patient got an error message: out of range contact your clinician.The neurostimulator is providing less than the requested therapy.Service code: 1098.Caller does not know when patient had gotten the error message.Caller reported patient has percept ins implanted for epilepsy therefore has high settings.Reviewed error message.Suggested patient be seen and assess impedance.

Additional information received from the manufacturer¿s representative (rep) reported they had not seen the patient to test impedances.To resolve the issue the physician asked the patient to reduce the amplitude.
