Event Description
It was reported that on (b)(6) 2023, there was an issue with rotational stability of a tna insertion handle and the nail intra-operatively.Upon further inspection, it was noticed that there was a crack at the nail/handle interface.It is unknown if there was a surgical delay.Procedure and patient outcome were unknown.This report is for one (1)unk - nails: tfna.This is report 2 of 2 for complaint (b)(4).
