It was reported that unstable speed occurred.The 90% stenosed target lesion was located in the moderately tortuous and severely calcified artery.A 1.50mm rotapro was selected for percutaneous coronary intervention (pci) procedure.During the procedure, it was noted that the burr was unable to cross into the 7f non-boston scientific guide catheter used while on dynaglide mode.After four ablations, it was noted that the rotation speed was unstable.The set rotation speed was at 190,000rpm while the maximum speed observed was at 185,000-195,000rpm during procedure.The procedure was completed with another of the same device.No patient complications reported.
