Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced possible pauses.The cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) remains in use. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
It was further reported that the patient was hospitalized due to septic shock and multiple organ failure.Four days later the patient died and, the cause of death was indicated as septic shock and multiple organ failure.Additional information has been requested and no information has been received.
