Event Description
It was reported that this left ventricular lead exhibited high out of range lead impedance measurements due to lead fracture.It was also noted that a portion of the tip remains in the patient body.This lead was explanted successfully replaced.This lead is not expected to be returned for analysis.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
