It was reported that during a superion indirect decompression system implant procedure while attempting to deploy the implant using the driver, the implant was catching on the lamina.The physician disengaged the implant to move it back just a little.Then tried to re-engage the implant multiple times but was unable to successfully.The patient started to decline, and the physician was not comfortable proceeding with the procedure.The procedure was rescheduled for a later date.
