|
Philips received a complaint from the customer, reporting that the v60 ventilator would not stay in standby mode.There was no patient involvement when the issue occurred.No patient or user harm reported.A philips remote service engineer (rse) noted that the customer's v60 ventilator would not stay in standby mode.During troubleshooting, the service mode was checked, and the average air reading was set 0.4 (device was set to zero) and was within tolerance.It was then reported that the device would still not go into standby mode.The rse advised the customer to replace the flow sensor assembly.The customer was provided with the part number for a replacement flow sensor assembly.
