Event Description
|
It was reported during implant of the leadless implantable pulse generator (ipg) that after the first deployment, the device could not be recaptured.The device was difficult to retract but when it was eventually removed from the body, it was confirmed that it was filled with something like cardiac tissue.The leadless ipg was attempted/not used and replaced.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
