Event Description
It was reported by the patient that their implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) system was explanted in 2021 because it was defective.The patient was told by their heart doctor that it was not working properly and also something happened to wires which caused their "body to go crazy".The icd system was explanted. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
