Event Description
The manufacturer received information alleging that " o2 resolution failed".A field service engineer visited the site and cleaned the oxygen blending module internally but was still continuously getting a "o2 regulation" alarm.The oxygen blending device was confirmed to be defective.The part was replaced to address the finding.
